At First Institute, Inc. one of our primary goals is to help students find employment after graduation.

Counseling and instruction in resume preparation, job applications, interviews, and assistance in securing employment are provided.

Our Career Services Department offers students an active career search service; every avenue is pursued in helping graduates take that first step towards a new career.

By communicating with employers, our staff ensures that training is up-to-date and graduates are able to meet the requirements of the careers they choose to pursue.

Additionally, employers are invited to the school throughout the year, thereby strengthening the institution’s standing in the business community and creating additional employment opportunities for graduates.

While it is impossible for First Institute, Inc. to guarantee any student a job, our Career Services Department does contact prospective employers throughout Illinois and advise them of students’ abilities and availability.
